How I prepared the creamy soup (no salt, nor sugar or oil):
1 small sweet apple
1 green apple (the juice only)
boiled bulgur and quinoa mix
Cut beetroots, the sweet apple, an avocado and a mushroom into small pieces. Blend after that. Add 2 yolks and mix of boiled bulgur and quinoa before you start your meal. You can add blended sunflower seeds as well.
I did not add ginger and turmeric this time, because the marinated cod was with ginger and chilli.
