"GOD has not called me to be successful. He called me to be Faithful… Never forget or neglect anyone because nobody knows what's coming tomorrow. You will know their value when you can't meet them once again in the lifetime." Mother Teresa "The more society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those that speak it…. If you loved someone, you loved him, and when you had nothing else to give, you still gave him love." George Orwell
Soup With Steamed Sweet Potato and Carrot Juice

I was on a diet: The first 10 days I had 100 gr porridge and 1 L boiled water (to stay for 1 night). And the next 10 days I drank only water (herbal tea + a little of honey). My 11th day it was my dry diet. It means zero glasses of water the same day. If you want to bring some interesting perspective to your piece, I would ask that you take my no-water challenge for one day.
After the diet I started feeding slowly myself.
Today it is my forth day. Lunchtime I had a steamed sweet potato soup. The potato 150 g and carrot juice 150 g. I do not use water to prepare my soups.

There’s a common dieting myth, that if you drink a glass of water before you eat you will feel fuller for longer.
But is there any truth in this? I took it upon myself to put the water theory up against the latest idea in the science of dieting.
The new buzzword in dieting is satiety – it’s less about reducing your calorie intake and more about eating foods that will keep you satiated for longer.
What did I try before I started my diet?
First Day lunchtime: I had a meal of chicken and vegetables with and a glass of water.
I drank the water before I ate my meal.
Second Day lunchtime: I blended the water with the meal to make a soup.
Then I sat down and waited for the hunger signals to kick in.
I found out I was satiated for nearly 1 hour more the Day Second, when I ate the chicken and vegetable soup. Compared to the Day First, when I drank the water before the chicken and vegetable meal.
But why? When we drink a glass of water with our meal our stomach is able to sieve the water from the solids passing quickly from our stomach, small intestine and large intestine.
50% of stomach contents emptied 2.5 to 3 hours
Total emptying of the stomach 4 to 5 hours
50% emptying of the small intestine 2.5 to 3 hours
Transit through the colon 30 to 40 hours
However, when we combine the water and food in a soup this sieving is prevented and ensures that the water and the nutrients from the food stay together, homogenised, thus entering the intestine at the same time.
Because of the increased volume of the water and solid combined the food stays in our stomach for longer, activating our satiety signals and delaying emptying, which, according to the scientists, can reduce our hunger by up to a quarter.
