"GOD has not called me to be successful. He called me to be Faithful… Never forget or neglect anyone because nobody knows what's coming tomorrow. You will know their value when you can't meet them once again in the lifetime." Mother Teresa "The more society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those that speak it…. If you loved someone, you loved him, and when you had nothing else to give, you still gave him love." George Orwell

The link how to prepare Marinated Cod:

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

How I prepared the creamy soup (no salt, nor sugar or oil):

  • 2 beetroots

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 mushroom

  • 1 small sweet apple

  • 1 green apple (the juice only)

  • 2 yolks

  • boiled bulgur and quinoa mix

Cut beetroots, the sweet apple, an avocado and a mushroom into small pieces. Blend after that. Add 2 yolks and mix of boiled bulgur and quinoa before you start your meal. You can add blended sunflower seeds as well.

I did not add ginger and turmeric this time, because the marinated cod was with ginger and chilli.

It’s not surprising that the words “cod” and “cold” are so similar, just differing by one letter. It’s not surprising since cod need the cold. They need to live in deep, arctic temperature water to grow, reproduce and survive.

Like other fish, in addition to being consumed fresh, preservation techniques such as salting, smoking and drying were used to preserve the cod. This allowed it to be easily transported and stored and made it one of the most commercially important fishes.

Cod is an excellent source of vitamin B 12, selenium, phosphorus and protein. It is also a very good source of choline as well as a good source of niacin, potassium, vitamin B 6, molybdenum, pantheistic acid and omega-3 fatty acids.

Accept Yourself, Love Yourself, and Keep Moving Forward

Do not let the memories of your past limit the potential of your future. There are no limits to what you can achieve on your journey through life, except in your mind.

Life is what happens to us while we are making other plans. But the good thing is you have to decide how you’re going to turn it down or around. Remember, sister will be your best friend in the world.

What about lovers? They will come and go. I hate to say it to you…but actually pretty much all of them are going to break your heart. But you do not have to give up, because if you do this, you’ll never find your soulmate.

I always believe in myself, because if I don’t, then nobody will.

I can be poor, but I am not soulless and heartless. If you think I am, then you think wrong! Inside me there is something that has no name, that something is what I am.

You’ve got only yourself. Deal or not…I have no idea. It hurts to let go. Sometimes it seems the harder you try to hold on to something or someone the more it wants to get away.  It’s so hard to keep it inside. And when you let it out and it doesn’t coma back.  It means only someone did not appreciate you, your feelings. That’s why you decide to be so alone, that you can’t explain. There’s nothing like that, is there? Are you nodding?  I’ve been there and you have, too.

In the end of each day I find out I have done what I could.  And never forget to love. Never make simple things complicated or simplify what is complicated. Never respect power, but do respect strength. And try to understand. And never look away. Do not go where the path could lead. I choose to go where there is no path. To leave a trail.

Life is for the living. If you want to forget someone, never hate them. And if you want to forget something, connected with the person, never hate it. Lost of something can be fixed. Hate can grow on your heart, in your heart as well. Then….there is only one way. To forget. To forgive yourself and to forgive others. That is what makes your self – respect so important. If a woman wants a man, nothing can stay on her way. If he doesn’t want you, nothing can make him stay.

And one day somebody will tell you: ” I would love to be forever in your heart.”

Then you must say: “When I walk, I walk with you.”

Any time not loving somebody is wasted.

Just as a candle cannot burn without fire, man cannot live without a spiritual life.

My Healthy Sunny Dish With Marinade Salmon

Flowers always make people better, happier, and more helpful.  They are sunshine, food and medicine to the mind.

My first day I have fish after 30 days dieting and slowly started feeding my body.

I eat only raw food and do not cook it (cook only quinoa). I do not use salt, sugar or any type of oil. Only plenty of seeds.

My Healthy Marinade Salmon

That is the link how to prepare marinade salmon, no sugar, no salt.

Tomorrow is my tenth day (I was on a diet for 20 days). I prepared the salmon for tomorrow and will stay in the fridge for 12 hours. It is so tasty and delicious.

Raw Courgette and Carrot Soup

Raw Soups are taking over from Smoothies.

It is my fifth day today (I had 20 days diet) and I decided to try this tasty raw courgette and carrot soup. It’s so easy and so good for you. On the top I used the juice from 1 beetroot.

Soup With Steamed Sweet Potato and Carrot Juice

I was on a diet: The first 10 days I had 100 gr porridge and 1 L boiled water (to stay for 1 night). And the next 10 days I drank only water (herbal tea + a little of honey). My 11th day it was my dry diet. It means zero glasses of water the same day. If you want to bring some interesting perspective to your piece, I would ask that you take my no-water challenge for one day.

After the diet I started feeding slowly myself.

Today it is my forth day. Lunchtime I had a steamed sweet potato soup. The potato 150 g and carrot juice 150 g. I do not use water to prepare my soups.

100 g steamed sweet potato – Calories 90

Protein 2 g, Sodium 36 mg, Total Fat 0 g, Potassium 475 mg, Saturated 0 g,Total Carbs 21 g, Polyunsaturated 0 g, Dietary Fibre 3 g, Monounsaturated 0 g, Sugars 6 g,                            Trans 0 g, Cholesterol 0 mg,  Vitamin A 384%, Calcium 4%, Vitamin C 33%, Iron 4%.

There’s a common dieting myth, that if you drink a glass of water before you eat you will feel fuller for longer.

But is there any truth in this? I took it upon myself to put the water theory up against the latest idea in the science of dieting.

The new buzzword in dieting is satiety – it’s less about reducing your calorie intake and more about eating foods that will keep you satiated for longer.

What did I try before I started my diet?

First Day lunchtime: I had a meal of chicken and vegetables with and a glass of water.

I drank the water before I ate my meal.

Second Day lunchtime: I blended the water with the meal to make a soup.

Then I sat down and waited for the hunger signals to kick in.

I found out I was satiated for nearly 1 hour more the Day Second, when I ate the chicken and vegetable soup. Compared to the Day First, when I drank the water before the chicken and vegetable meal.

But why? When we drink a glass of water with our meal our stomach is able to sieve the water from the solids passing quickly from our stomach, small intestine and large intestine.

  • 50% of stomach contents emptied 2.5 to 3 hours

  • Total emptying of the stomach 4 to 5 hours

  • 50% emptying of the small intestine 2.5 to 3 hours

  • Transit through the colon 30 to 40 hours

However, when we combine the water and food in a soup this sieving is prevented and ensures that the water and the nutrients from the food stay together, homogenised, thus entering the intestine at the same time.

Because of the increased volume of the water and solid combined the food stays in our stomach for longer, activating our satiety signals and delaying emptying, which, according to the scientists, can reduce our hunger by up to a quarter.

You Knew She Loved You. Now You Know She Loves You.

There Is Power, Power in Love

The Most Reverend Michael Curry provided the sermon during Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding.

And now in the name of our loving, liberating and life-giving God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. From the song of Solomon in the Bible: ‘Set me as a seal upon your heart, as a seal upon your arm. For love is as strong as death. Passion, fierce as the grave. These flashes are flashes of fire, raging flame. Many waters cannot quench love. Neither can the floods drown it out.

The late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, and I quote: ‘We must discover the power of love, the redemptive power of love. And when we discover that, we will make of this old world a new world. Love, love is the only way.’

There’s power in love. Don’t underestimate it. Don’t even oversentimentalize it. There’s power, power in love. If you don’t believe me, think of a time when you first fell in love. The whole world seemed to center around you, and your beloved. There’s power, power in love. Not just in its romantic forms, but any form, any shape or love. There’s a certain sense in which, when you are loved and you know it, when someone cares for you and you know it, when you love and you show it, it actually feels right. There’s something right about it, and there’s a reason for it. The reason has to do with the source. Anyone who has ever fallen in love knows what I mean.

But think about love in any form or experience of it. It actually feels good to be loved, and to express love. There is something right about it. And there’s a reason.

An old Medieval poem says it: ‘Where true love is found, God himself is there.’

The Bible, 1 John 4, says it this way: ‘Beloved, let us love one another because love is from God; Everyone who loves is born of God. Whoever does not love does not know God. For God is love.’

There’s power in love. Love can help and heal when nothing else can. Love can lift up and liberate for living when nothing else will.

And the love that brings two people together is the same love that can bind them together, whether on mountaintops of happiness and through valleys of hardship. Love is strong as death. Its flashes are flashes of fire. Many waters cannot quench love. Love can see you through! There’s power in love.

But the love of which we speak is not only for couples getting married or just for interpersonal relationships.

Jesus of Nazareth taught us that the way of love is the way to a real relationship with the God who created all of us, and the way to true relationship with each other as children of that one God, as brothers and sisters in God’s human family.

One scholar said it this way: ‘Jesus had founded the most revolutionary movement in human history. A movement built on the unconditional love of God for the world and the mandate to live that love.’ And in so doing, to change lives and the world itself! There’s a reason.

An old spiritual may suggest why: ‘If you cannot preach like Peter, and you cannot pray like Paul, you can tell the love of Jesus, how he died to save us all. There is a balm in Gilead, to make the wounded whole. There is a balm in Gilead, to heal the sin sick soul.’ Just tell the love of Jesus, how he died to save us all. He didn’t sacrifice his life for himself, or anything he could get out of it, He did it for others, for the other, for the good and well being of others, That’s love.

How does St. Paul say it? ‘Love is not jealous, rude, or boastful. Love does not insist on its own way. Love is unselfish, sacrificial, kind and just. Love seeks the good and the well-being of the other. Love makes room and space for the other to be.’ This love, this is the way of Jesus. And it’s game changer.

Imagine our homes and families when this way of love is the way. Imagine our neighborhoods and communities when love is the way. Imagine our governments and countries when love is the way. Imagine business and commerce when this love is the way. Imagine our world when love is the way.

No child would go to bed hungry in such a world as that Poverty would become history in such a world as that. The earth would be as a sanctuary in such a world as that.

We would treat one another as children of God, regardless of differences. We would learn how to lay our swords and shields down by the riverside to study war no more. There would be a new heaven, a new earth, a new world. A new and beautiful human family. The very dream of God.

The late French Jesuit, Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, was at once a scientist, a Roman Catholic priest, a theologian, a true mystic. His was one of the great minds and spirits of the 20th century. He suggested that the discovery and harnessing of fire was one of the great technological discoveries of human history.

Fire made it possible to cook food, thereby reducing the spread of disease. Fire made it possible to stay warm in cold climates, thereby marking human migration possible. Fire made the Bronze Age, the Iron Age, the Industrial Revolution possible.

If you drove here this morning, you did so in part because of harnessed fire. I flew here from the U.S. due to controlled burn of fire. Fire is involved in broadcasting this wedding around the world. And we can text, tweet, email, and otherwise socially engage one another due to fire. Fire was one of the great technological discoveries of humanity.

In light of this, de Chardin said that if human beings ever harness the energies of love, then for the second time in the history of the world, we will have discovered fire. Love is the very fire and energy of real life!

Dr. King was right: ‘We must discover the power of love, the redemptive power of love. And when we discover that, we will be able to make of this old world, a new world. Love is the only way.’

My brother, my sister, God love you, God bless you. My brothers, my sisters, God love you, God bless you. And may God hold us all In those almighty hands of love.

I Hear You Call Out My Name

To the Sober

And I hear you call out my name…

Listen my child, you say to me,
I am the voice of your history.
Be not afraid, come follow me,
Answer my call and I’ll set you free.

I am the voice in the wind and the pouring rain,
I am the voice of your hunger and pain.
I am the voice that always is calling you,
I am the voice, I will remain.

I am the voice in the fields when the summer’s gone,
The dance of the leaves when the autumn winds blow.
Neer the night passes without my dreaming of you.

Ne’er do I sleep throughout all the cold winter long,
I am the force that in springtime will grow.

I am the voice of the past that will always be,
Filled with my sorrows .
I am the voice of the future,
Bring me your peace,
Bring me your peace and my wounds…they will heal.

And I hear you call out my name…
